Are we Secured??

Posted by Ahmed Al-Nabhani on Oct 10, 2009 in Security |

Probably you heard about the stolen password lists of 10,000 Google accounts and 10,000 Hotmail accounts. What a huge number. The first question comes to my mind “are we secure after this incident?
If your name in that lists this mean that you are absolutely not secured. Does this mean that you are secure if you are not in the list? Obviously no one can say that for sure. The best way to make sure that you are secured -even if your password in the list- is to change the password A.S.A.P.

In the other hand you have to provide a strong password to make it complicated to be decrypted by any one and make it as long as you can.
I hope that you can still change it and your mail is still not hacked if your password in the list.
Be Well & Be Secured.

It’s very clear that the password is the first step to have a security in any system.
So hurry up and change it A.S.A.P.
